The most recent Arizona Appraisers State Conference will be held Friday and Saturday April 23 and 24. According to the newsletter the conference will follow two major themes: 1. Today, as with nearly every day, we received a new order due yesterday and demanding that we pay them for the privilege of breathing. Well, not exactly. It was more like 3 days and a fee of $275 for a 1073. After a little research we find that the subject is a single family home that is just about 4000SF.
